We’re pleased to announce this year’s VP Parade Honorary Grand Marshal – a man that has spent 32-years leading Harris-Stowe State University and seen its growth from a single building serving 800 students to a thriving campus that enrolled nearly 2,000 students last year – Dr. Henry Givens Jr. 

     The St. Louis community has been built on the shoulders of great individuals who had a vision – and given his recently announced retirement, we are very pleased to be honoring this very special man.
